tex–lock textile locks are durable, safe and reliable locks made of textile with pleasant comfort and beautiful design.
Our textile locks come in three models:
All three tex–locks have our textile rope technology in common. A combination of hardened steel and textile that gives the locks security and flexibility.
This makes a tex–lock suitablefor securing all bikes with two wheels. From bicycle locks and e-bike locks, to motorcycle locks and moped locks, to scooter locks, almost all vehicles can be securely connected with the textile lock.
Here you can learn more about the current models, what special added value the textile lock technology offers you personally and can find the right textile lock for your bike today!
The tex–lock technology offers effectice protection against theft, against paint scratches and against annoying rattling while driving.
The hardened steel core of all textile ropes makes the flexible locks resistant to attacks with a saw or knife.
The steel core is surrounded by three layers of high-tech fibres, which give the textile rope additional cut protection against attacks with bolt cutters, as well as fire protection.
The rubberized metal parts at the ends of the rope and the soft textile surface are another advantage: They protect your frame from scratches and your ears from annoying rattling.
Your tex–lock is an extremely flexible lock that you can wrap up or wrap around your bike and a solid object in a snap.
You are thus spared the painful pressure caused by a rigid bike lock in your backpack, or cramped hands from awkward locking with an inflexible lock.
At the same time, the three tex–lock locks are lighter than comparable pry-proof models from other lock types and manufacturers.
Your luggage is therefore not unnecessarily weighed down while riding, so you can invest the weight saved in other things, such as cool bike accessories.
Finally, the locks made of textile are available in four different lengths from 80 cm to 120 cm.
Hence, you can choose a model which length fits your bike perfectly so that you can securely fasten it to a fixed object. And you no longer have to worry about whether the distance or the lamppost is too wide for your lock.
Thanks to the use of high-quality materials and professional workmanship, tex–lock textile locks not only offer high resistance to theft by attacks with bolt cutters and the like, but also to the effects of weather and wear and tear.
Thanks to this resistance, your tex–lock is extremely durable and will be your loyal companion for a long time. Your money is therefore better invested than in a cheap lock, which may be available for less money, but may not last as long as a tex–lock.
In the long run, you will be spared the hassle of looking for a new lock.
Because every bike is built individually, bicycles and e-bikes also need to be secured differently against theft than, for example, mopeds, scooters or motorcycles.
To ensure a high level of protection against theft, each textile lock model has been specially developed for individual purposes. Each tex–lock therefore has its own advantages:
The tex–lock eyelet is a flexible U-lock extension in three different lengths, available in Bundle with the X-lock or U-lock . At each end of the rope is a metal eyelet covered with plastic, thus applying the loop-through principle. Thus it offers double protection in only one lock. The high security is certified with the ART*2 seal of approval and by Sold Secure .
The also ART*2-certified tex–lock orbit is a textile rope lock with a key lock cylinder and a robust lock body. This makes the textile lock resistant not only to attacks by bolt cutters, saws and fire, but also to lock picking, drilling, overtightening, etc. With a length of 100 cm it is universally applicable and thanks to Click & Go (locking without key) and Click & Connect (connection with other orbits) an extremely practical lock.
The tex–lock mate works as a flexible extension for frame locks. With the practical rope length of 120 cm, the bike can be secured from the frame around any solid object and combined with the universal bolt made of hardened steel with all common frame locks. Without frame lock extension, the bike could easily be carried away or pushed away. Thanks to your tex–lock mate this is no longer possible, so the potential thief can walk.
